Two firms. One shared commitment to exceptional legal service in the heart of Annandale.
The association of David S. Clarke & Associates with J.H. Fisher & Sons, Solicitors, unites two proudly independent legal practices beneath a shared philosophy: that the law should serve people, not the other way around.
Situated at 145 Parramatta Road, Annandale, our practice has long been a trusted destination for Inner West residents and businesses seeking sound, considered legal advice. We do not measure our success in volume; we measure it in outcomes — and in the enduring relationships we build with every client who walks through our door.
We bring deep expertise across property law, estate planning, commercial and business matters. We approach every matter with the same seriousness of purpose, whether drafting a simple will or handling more complex legal issues.
Jack Fisher began his practice in 1929 in Sydney CBD. In 1957 he opened our Annandale office later being joined by his three Sons. His Son, Peter Fisher has been a Solicitor for over 60 years and he ran the Annandale office for nearly 50.
David Clarke has been a Solicitor for more than 35 years and his practice has been established for more than 30 years.
In 2010, David Clarke merged the two practices joined under a shared banner, offering clients a broader, more cohesive range of legal services — with the personal attention both firms were known for. Peter Fisher retired in 2021 but remains a consultant.
We continue to serve individuals, families, and businesses across the Inner West and greater NSW, guided by our longstanding values of discretion, professionalism, and genuine client care.
We give you our honest assessment — always. Our advice is shaped by your best interests, not expediency.
Your matters are handled with absolute confidentiality and the quiet professionalism you deserve.
We hold ourselves to the highest standards of legal practice — in the quality of our work and the care of our service.
Comprehensive legal services delivered with expertise, clarity, and the attention your matter deserves.
